The cost of the private trip will be determined by number of travelers, dates of travel, and availability.
Private trips do not include a tour leader , unlike our regular group trips. You will have our local guide and partners on site for the trip.

How Private Trip Works?

1. Submit your request using below form.
2. Fly Girl Voyage will reply back with a custom quote. Private trips require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
3. Prior to the trip, we will do a trip walk through with your designated group leader to ensure a seamless vacation. experience. We also connect the group via WhatsApp with your local guide.
4. Prior to departure, we will send you a final trip itinerary and any necessary travel documents.
5. If any issues arise, you have support via your local guide and with Fly Girl Voyage.
