TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to the contents. All participants must agree to these terms and conditions, and it is the responsibility of the party group leader to provide these terms and conditions to everyone in their party.

– FlyGirlVoyage.com partners with professional tour operators in our tour destinations, that meet our quality and safety standards.

– All bookings are subject to the payment terms and cancellation policies of the Supplier.

All deposits and payments will be forwarded on your behalf to the Supplier as outlined in the payment schedule. As your booking agent we will also forward refunds to you from the Supplier (if any). We will assist you in any way possible to obtain refunds as per the cancellation policy of the Supplier, however all claims for refund, reimbursement, insurance claims and credit card chargeback must ultimately be made against the Supplier.

– FlyGirlVoyage.com will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage incurred by the participants).

–  You confirm that you have adequate travel insurance for yourself and anyone in your party. This insurance is your responsibility, and you must ensure it covers all aspects of your booking and all travel before and after your booking.

– Your flight/transportation connections must allow you maximum flexibility regarding rescheduling in the event of weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

-You confirm that you have all necessary travel documents for yourself and anyone in your party, including a valid passport if coming from outside of the tour destination.

– All participants must sign an acknowledgement of risk and liability release waiver from our Supplier and read and acknowledge our FlyGirlVoyage.com waiver listed below.

– All participants unconditionally agree to fully indemnify FlyGirlVoyage.com and its employees against any injury, damage or accident that may occur while participating in tours booked by FlyGirlVoyage.com.

– All physical and medical conditions that could impair the participants’ ability to participate in the tour must be made known to FlyGirlVoyage.com.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A TRIP CANCELLATION DUE TO MISSED AIRLINE CONNECTIONS, WEATHER, PERSONAL OR MEDICAL.

-1. PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICES

1.1. FlyGirlVoyage.com offers pick- up and drop-off services for most of its tours. Please read the tour description very carefully to see if pick-up and drop-off services are included in the price, can be added as extras or the activity in question only offers the option of meeting us on location.

1.2. You as the traveler are responsible for your pick-up, this includes providing FlyGirlVoyage.com with your pick- up location in time as well as being ready at the correct time for the pick-up for your tour. FlyGrilVoyage.com will provide you with information about your pick- up time after booking.

1.3. Please note that missing the pick-up does not entitle you to a refund of the price paid for the services. You are responsible to be ready for pick up at the assigned pick-up point from the start of the pick-up time in order to not miss our guides when they arrive to pick you up.

 

  1. MEETING US ON LOCATION
  • 1. If you are planning to meet us on location for your tour then please be sure that this can be arranged. For most of flygirlvoyage.com tours, it is possible to meet us on location. Please read the tour description of your tour very carefully to see if meeting us on location is possible for the activity in question. Please note that there are still some tours where this can not be offered. If you are unsure which tours this follows under then please contact our Customer Care Team.
  • 2. You as the traveler are responsible for arriving at the meeting point in time for your tour. This includes being ready at the correct time at the correct location in time for your adventure tour. Flygirlvoyage.com will provide you with information about the meeting point for your tour on your voucher which is provided upon booking. If you are unsure when to arrive for your scheduled tour then please contact our Customer Care Team.

2.3. Please note that if you do not arrive in time for your tour and/or are late to the meeting point of the tour, that is to say, you do not arrive to the correct meeting point at the correct time for your adventure tour then you are not entitled to a refund of the price paid for the service.

 

  1. CLOTHING

3.1. Appropriate footwear and suitable outdoor clothing must be worn. We reserve the right to refuse participation to customers who are dressed inappropriately or with inappropriate footwear since this will put the client’s well-being and safety at risk. In such cases, full cancellation charges apply.

 

  1. LUGGAGE

4.1. Please note that FlyGirlVoyage.com cannot be held responsible for damaged luggage if it is taken on the tour. Luggage storage can be bought as an optional extra if the customer would like to securely store their luggage while on the multi-day adventure.

 

  1. ASSUMED RISK & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

5.1. Guests/Clients are advised that all activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and they must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times in accordance with flygirlvoyage.com or its partners’ guidelines and must take proper responsibility for their own safety. All adventure tours and outdoor activities carry inherent risks and FlyGirlVoyage.com or its partners do not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions or are caused by factors outside of human control (Force majeure). With the purchase of your trip you agree to these conditions, understand its implications and accept responsibility for your participation in your trip. Depending on the excursion, you may be requested to sign an additional liability release.

5.2. Our guides reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer who they believe will not be able to complete the tour because of their physical condition, injury or illness. In such cases, full cancellation charges apply.

5.3. We reserve the right to refuse participation to clients that are being physically or verbally abusive, or if they pose a threat to staff members or fellow travelers in any other way. In such cases, full cancellation charges apply.

 

  1. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS:

6.1. We reserve the right to refuse participation to clients we believe are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in such circumstances, no refund shall be given. Our guides reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offense, upset or put other passengers in danger. In such cases, full cancellation charges apply.

 

  1. REVIEWS & FEEDBACK

7.1. FlyGirlVoyage.com welcomes all feedback, both positive as well as negative as it helps us improve our overall services, and performance. We would greatly appreciate it if you could share your tour experience with us.

 

  1. TERMS OF PAYMENT

8.1. FlyGirlVoyage.com accepts all major credit and debit cards. How ever there will be 3% transaction fee applied to this method of payments. Purchases made via credit/debit card will go through 3D Secure payment gateway provided by trusted 3rd party partner Stripe.com. FlyGirlVoyage.com requires the full amount at least 60 days prior to the tour starting date.

PAYMENT POLICY

– NON-Refundable deposit as per the statement in specific tour detail page per person is required to secure your spot in the group.

– Deposit payment is accepted only via offline payment methods like Zelle or ACH transfers. We do not currently have a card payment option for deposit payment. Contact us for more information.

– 3% non refundable transaction fee is applicable for all card payments.

– 50% of total tour payment is due min 90 days before a tour date.

– The rest of the balance is due min 60 days before a tour date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 8 weeks’ notice                  90% of remaining balance after non-refundable deposit deduction

Less than 8 weeks’ notice                   50% of remaining balance after non-refundable deposit deduction

Less than 4 weeks’ notice                   NO   refund

You will be refunded 90% of the total paid price after non-refundable initial deposit. 10% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of booking and preparing your tour.

Special Notes

1. The payment cannot be rolled over from one tour to another.

2. If we have a solo traveler who did not book solo accommodation; we will pair him/her with you. If you didn’t book a single room (solo accommodation extra) It is your responsibility to find a roommate to travel with you.  Otherwise to accommodate on your own; a solo accommodation fee will be applied.

3. If you booked with a room mate and your roommate has cancelled the tour, you will be paired with another solo traveler who doesn’t have a roommate, otherwise a solo accommodation fee will be applied to you. It doesn’t mean that you will have a single accommodation when other person you suppose to travel couldn’t make it. Every traveler is treated equally and consider as single entity.

4. If you cancel under 4 weeks there will be absolutely NO refund but you are welcome to find a replacement for you who will cover your full payment and replace you accordingly to the booked accommodation arrangements.

 

Cancellations of Group Multi-day Tours made with less than 8 weeks’ notice:

You will be refunded 50% of your total paid price after non-refundable initial deposit. 50% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of canceling any arrangements made for your tour.

Cancellations of Group Multi-Day Tours made with less than 4 weeks’ notice:

No refund will be given if canceled with less than 4 weeks’ notice, as FlyGirlVoyage.com will be charged for all costs such as guides, transport, accommodation, etc.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved by a Supplier, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  1. INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE

International Airfare is NOT included in our tours prices and it is your responsibility to book your flights. We will inform you with the nearest airports, suggested routes and the dates you should arrive and depart.

  1. INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS

Included: Every tour includes accommodations, specified meals, drinking water, welcome reception, English speaking guide, transportation, adventure and site seeing experiences. Please see a tour itinerary for details.

Excluded: International Airfare, travel insurance, tips, incidental expenses, most lunches, alcohol/ soft drinks, visas or entry/departure fees required by the destination country.

  1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

As with any and all world travel, we strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy in your home country that covers your cost should you have to cancel your travel reservation with short notice. This kind of travel insurance is not expensive and frequently covers other risks. Having travel insurance is always a good idea when traveling around the world.
